By using Buccia.tech you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. What Buccia.tech is
Buccia.tech is an independent cross-border price comparator for the European Amazon marketplaces. We are not Amazon, we are not affiliated with Amazon beyond the Amazon Associates programme, and we do not sell products ourselves.
2. Price accuracy — no guarantee
Prices, availability, VAT rates, shipping estimates and currency conversion shown on Buccia.tech are indicative and may differ from the final price on Amazon at checkout. Always verify the total on Amazon before completing a purchase. We do our best to keep data fresh but do not guarantee accuracy, completeness or timeliness.
3. Amazon affiliate disclosure

4. Purchases, warranty, returns
Any purchase is a contract between you and Amazon (or the third-party seller on Amazon). Shipping, customs (if any), invoices, warranty (24-month EU legal warranty), returns and refunds are handled by Amazon under Amazon's own terms.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not scrape the site, automate excessive requests, or reverse-engineer the API.
- Do not abuse the price-alert feature (spam, third-party emails).
- Do not use the site for anything unlawful.
6. Intellectual property
Trademarks and product images belong to their respective owners (Amazon, brands, manufacturers) and are shown for identification and comparison purposes only. The Buccia.tech name, logo and design system belong to Buccia.tech.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buccia.tech is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site, including price differences, missed offers, out-of-stock products, delivery issues or currency fluctuations. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, mandatory protections of your country of residence continue to apply.
